We are looking for a Senior Marketing professional who is ready to play a pivotal role in shaping and accelerating the growth of our Digital Solutions portfolio within the Publishing – Product & Marketing Division.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving innovation, expanding market relevance, and ensuring the long-term success of our solutions for Professionals, Enterprise clients, and the Public Sector.

Your Responsibilities
As the person responsible for the economic performance of your assigned product line, you will:
Market & Strategy
• Conduct in-depth market analyses—including trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics—
to ensure a customer-centric product offering with clear differentiation.
• Contribute to product development and innovation by coordinating national and international teams to deliver distinctive, high-value solutions.
• Define the Value Proposition and craft compelling, consistent, and impactful storytelling.
Planning & Go-to-Market
• Set sales budgets and commercial targets by product and channel.
• Design and execute omnichannel marketing plans aligned with business objectives, with a strong
focus on digital marketing.
• Manage online and offline communication campaigns and produce high-performing, interactive
content across formats (blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters, webinars, events).
Execution & Performance
• Coordinate creative, media, and digital agencies for the development of campaigns and marketing
materials (brochures, presentations, videos, etc.).
• Monitor key business indicators and communication-campaign performance metrics.
• Support training programs for sales channels and commercial teams.
Your Profile
You hold a degree in Economics (a Master’s in Marketing & Communication, Business & Management, or
Social Media is a plus) and have at least 5 years of experience in Product or Marketing Management in
multinational environments.
You bring:

• Solid and up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing.

• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing-automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), AI technologies, and AI-based marketing tools.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently—including internationally—for workshops and meetings with partners, customers, and suppliers.
• Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
