  • Stay informed about internal and external releases that affect existing and future integrations, providing sufficient runway to implement requisite changes.
  • Be a strong advocate for our customers in every interaction and decision.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years product management experience working directly with engineering, design and cross-functional stakeholders such as sales, partnerships and customer experience.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, capable of balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals.
  • Comfortable evaluating API documentation to match existing capabilities with ideal behavior.
  • Skilled communicator who can comfortably switch talk tracks between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Enjoys the process of comprehending a new software or tool, becoming a subject matter expert and then educating others about how it works.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and build consensus.
  • Proficient understanding of marketing technology, specifically messaging platforms and Communications Platforms as a Service (CPaaS); adtech is a plus.
