RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead product planning and design for the company's white-label app store platform, enabling clients to rapidly build and operate their own branded app marketplaces on a shared platform infrastructure — covering core modules including the end-user app store, developer console, and operations backend.
2. Own the configurable product design of the white-label app store, including brand theming, page layout, content structure, operational rules, and role-based permissions — improving platform reusability and project delivery efficiency.
3. Design and optimize the full app lifecycle — from onboarding and submission for review, to publishing, search and recommendation exposure, and download conversion.
4. Engage with clients, business development, and operations teams to gather requirements; identify common needs across clients in areas such as app distribution, content operations, and campaign configuration; and consolidate reusable functional modules and configuration solutions to reduce repetitive custom development.
5. Collaborate with engineering teams to build out platform capabilities including multi-tenancy, permission frameworks, configuration backends, and module reuse — supporting continuous platform scaling and multi-project delivery.
6. Design developer platform capabilities including developer onboarding, app submission and review, version management, data dashboards, and settlement/revenue sharing modules.
7. Work with operations teams to design featured collections, campaign pages, and resource slot scheduling — supporting key app distribution initiatives and growth targets.
8. Partner with the monetization team on capabilities such as advertising, in-app purchase revenue sharing, and subscription services — exploring platform monetization models.
9. Track developments in the app store landscape, Android ecosystem, and overseas distribution markets; continuously refine product strategy in line with business growth.
Requirements
2. 5–8 years of product management experience in internet products; experience with platform products, app stores, content distribution platforms, open platforms, or SaaS platforms preferred.
