As a Senior Product Manager/Director, you will define and drive product vision and strategy, own the roadmap end-to-end, and deliver outcomes aligned with Salesforce’s broader strategic priorities. You will generate insights that inform critical decisions, including those at the executive leadership level, shaping the future direction of Salesforce products.
You will operate at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technology, partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams to translate complex problems into scalable, high-impact solutions. Your ImpactOwn and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company-wide priorities and long-term growth
Partner with cross-cloud Product teams to identify synergies, optimize investments, and deliver cohesive customer experiences
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture to define, build, and deliver scalable, high-quality products and features
Engage with customers, partners, analysts, and field teams (pre-sales, solution engineering) to deeply understand use cases and shape future innovation
Translate market insights and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and business cases
Act as a product evangelist - representing Salesforce at customer engagements, industry forums, and internal/external events to drive adoption and thought leadership
Influence executive stakeholders through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and strong storytelling
10+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise products
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architectures and scalable system design
Proven product management expertise, including defining vision, prioritization, and delivering successful product outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, and other partners to translate strategy into execution (epics, user stories, delivery)
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to customer value and business impact
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across stakeholders
AI-first mindset with a focus on building next-generation, intelligent and agent-driven enterprise products
