About monday.com
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
monday agents is where we're building the next generation of work agents. It's one of the most strategic areas at monday.com, and because the category is still being defined, we're building it from scratch. We own agents across the company and set the direction for how hundreds of thousands of customers will work with AI agents, and how people and agents will work together.
What You'll Do
As AI Product Manager for monday agents, you will:
Own the Product and Strategy
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area of monday agents, from discovery and prototyping through launch, iteration, and scale.
Be customer-obsessed: run continuous discovery with customers to understand how they work, where agents can help, and what will make them trust and adopt agents.
Build 0-to-1 agentic products and define what great work agents look like, including how people and agents collaborate day to day.
Turn customer insights, market trends, and hands-on experimentation with the latest AI tools into clear product decisions.
Drive Impact at Scale
Ship products that reach hundreds of thousands of customers, and design them to work reliably at platform scale.
Define success metrics and dig into the data yourself to measure impact, spot opportunities, and decide what's next.
Move fast: ship, learn from real usage, and iterate in a high-stakes environment.
Lead Within the Organization
Work closely with engineers, designers, and analysts as one tight-knit team.
As the owners of agents at monday.com, partner with product teams across the company who are building on agents, so everything fits together into one consistent agent experience.
Work with senior leadership to align the monday agents strategy with company-wide AI goals.
