Your role at Dynatrace
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

Lead the charge in defining and driving the product vision and roadmap for Dynatrace's integrations with DevOps tools (CI/CD, GitOps).
Collaborate with top-tier teams in engineering, design, and go-to-market to deliver seamless, impactful integrations that empower DevOps, Platform Engineering, and development teams.
Innovate with AI by embedding AI-driven capabilities, multi-cloud platform features, and widely used frameworks into our integration strategy.
Engage with customers and industry leaders to understand their workflows, pain points, and emerging needs.
Simplify complexity by translating complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven product capabilities.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and competitive landscapes to ensure Dynatrace remains a leader in intelligent DevOps.

What will help you succeed

5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Deep understanding of DevOps practices, toolchains, and developer workflows.
Expertise in AI/ML technologies, agentic AI systems (A2A, MCP, ...), or autonomous frameworks is a strong plus.
Experience in Software Engineering with hands-on programming skills.
Technical background or hands-on experience with APIs, cloud-native architectures, or automation platforms.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for innovation, user-centric design, and delivering real customer value.
