Your role at Dynatrace
As a Senior Product Manager in the Business Observability solution, you will:
• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Business Observability, with a strong focus on the "Explore Business Events" app and the broader business event data acquisition strategy.
• Define how customers ingest, explore, and derive value from business event data, enabling them to connect technical telemetry with business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver intuitive, high-impact features that empower users to analyze business events in real time.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their use cases and translate them into product capabilities that drive measurable business value.
• Define and track success metrics to ensure product initiatives deliver tangible outcomes.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and differentiation.
What will help you succeed
• Proven experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, observability, or analytics domains.
• Deep understanding of business event data, event-driven architectures, and how business telemetry can be leveraged for real-time decision-making.
• Experience in software engineering of web and/or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with data ingestion pipelines and data exploration tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for solving complex problems through elegant product solutions.
• Experience working in agile environments and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace or similar observability platforms is a plus.
