We're seeking a visionary Lead Generative AI Scientist to drive breakthrough research and translate it into production-grade Agentic Generative AI and LLM systems. This role is centered around driving innovation in Generative AI and LLMs, guiding cross-functional teams, and translating cutting-edge research into scalable, production-grade solutions.
What You'll Do

Architect, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale language models and generative architectures to power our next-generation AI products.
Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion through model evaluation and inference.
Work in small, highly-performing AI teams, collaborating closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver customer-facing solutions.
Explore emerging inference optimization techniques for LLMs and diffusion models to push the boundaries of efficiency, latency, and cost-effectiveness.
Set strategic research agendas, publish in top-tier conferences, and foster academic-industry partnerships.
Mentor and grow a diverse, interdisciplinary team of AI researchers and engineers.

What will help you succeed

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or Applied Mathematics; Master's in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience; PhD or post-doctoral experience highly desirable.
Hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, or related fields, with a proven record of delivering both foundational research and deployed systems.
Deep expertise in model evaluation, optimization, and scalable Machine Learning infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills, with experience translating complex research into actionable roadmaps and technical designs.
Track record of academic publications or open-source contributions and collaborating with external research institutions.
Strong programming experience in the following: Java, Python.

Compensation Data

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 80,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
