What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery and execution of the AI-transformation of our website builder.
- Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-assisted website creation — balancing innovation with usability and business impact
- Develop metrics and goals to track success across areas such as client satisfaction, site quality, site marketing performance, and internal efficiency
- Ensure delivery of incremental, high-impact wins — avoiding long development cycles without visible output
- Collaborate with a dedicated team, starting with a staff-level engineer and growing to a full team of 2–5 engineers, plus design resources
- Make and implement key strategic decisions around legacy platform transformation, migration and/or coexistence
- Partner closely with design, engineering, data analysis, onboarding, fulfillment, and customer success teams
- Engage directly with customers and internal users to validate hypotheses, gather insights, and test prototypes
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2–3 years owning major 0→1 initiatives
- Proven success building AI-powered products, with a deep understanding of LLMs, GenAI UX patterns, and prompt-driven workflows
- Experience working with visual builders, CMS platforms, or design systems is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy, define MVP scope, and deliver iterative outcomes in fast-paced environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and data analysts
- Startup experience — you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy moving fast without a safety net
- Track record of delivering value early and often, not just managing long-term moonshots
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who can align stakeholders
- Deep empathy for user workflows and pain points
- Experience working on tools used by both internal teams and clients is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a bonus, but not required
