monday.com is looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about data and has a strong analytical background. You will drive key data-driven processes and decisions, aimed at uncovering new and existing opportunities for our product. You will join our Product Team based in our headquarters in Tel- Aviv, Israel.
We are hiring for multiple roles across the Product Analytics group, supporting a wide range of strategic areas- ranging from core domains such as automation, mobile, open platform, enterprise, and Ecosystem to exciting new products like monday dev. As a Product Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to be a strategic partner to senior product leaders, taking full ownership of mature, high-scale domains as well as helping build the foundations for new, data-driven products. The work includes identifying and validating new business opportunities, optimizing core user experiences, and developing scalable measurement frameworks. You'll work with some of the most complex and rich datasets at monday.com, helping drive impact, innovation, and
- 5+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
- Proficiency level of SQL - must
- You are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
- You have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. You know when to use a single number and when to build a complex forecasting model
- You are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challenges
- You have a passion for making sense of user behavior, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development
- You are a curious, independent and rigorous individual
- You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, R, SQL
