We are looking for an exceptional Director of Product Design to help craft a product that's simple and intuitive and build a culture of excellence and innovation. You will be responsible for building and leading talented, diverse groups of designers and managers and helping shape the design and vision of our product.
You'll join our Design Team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- 12+ years of experience in Product Design, working collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, Design, UX Writers and UX Research teams.
- 7+ years of leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership, including hiring and developing managers and individual contributors.
- A track record of shipping impactful features with uncompromisable attention to details and design excellence.
- Experience working with executives and senior leadership.
- Senior people management, team development, recruiting and org building experience
- Experience growing a strategic design practice within design teams.
- Organizational and analytical experience.
- Experience managing global teams.
