We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to help guide product direction, raise design quality, and shape new 0 to 1 experiences. This role combines product thinking and hands-on craft with the ability to bring teams together around clear, user-centered solutions.

- 8+ years of experience designing complex systems, platforms, or products with multi-layered workflows.
- A strong track record of leading product initiatives, shaping direction, and influencing cross-functional strategy.
- Deep experience partnering with engineering teams and navigating technical constraints.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex flows delightfully.
- Hands-on experience with discovery, user research, and synthesizing insights.
- Outstanding communication skills: you can articulate decisions clearly, create alignment, and influence senior stakeholders.
- A positive, collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments, juggle priorities, and drive clarity where there is ambiguity.
- A high bar for visual and interaction design craft.
