As a Senior Procurement Specialist at Spectrum, you will lead cross-functional teams to select products and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver the best price, quality, and business terms. How You'll Make an Impact
- With minimum guidance from senior team members, manage complex strategic sourcing activities in procurement consisting of soliciting bids, analyzing supplier responses, and making recommendations on supplier awards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate analytical efforts and to define business requirements for procurement projects
- Lead supplier negotiations using competitive benchmarking and comparative analysis
- Research and develop adequate sources of supply
- Evaluate the financial stability of potential suppliers
- Performs required business analysis including total cost of ownership
- Provide fact-based recommendations based on competitive benchmarking and comparative analysis
- Continuously seek out cost savings opportunities and lead efforts to realize those savings
- Manages supplier performance

The base pay for this position generally is between
$75,200.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
