The Role

Are you interested in pursuing process improvements that can directly influence profitability? Then become a part of GN and contribute significantly to our financial and commercial strategy while engaging in our digital transformation initiative.

 

You will ensure adherence to our pricing processes and use your analytical skills to steer pricing decisions that align with our strategic goals. You will also be responsible for implementing pricing strategies across the company optimizing our products’ competitive positioning and profitability.

 

The team you will be part of:

You will be part of a small team with significant contributions, reporting to the Head of Strategic Pricing, Louise Kragh-Jakobsen in the business finance division. There is a collaborative culture across teams to support our common strategic goals.

 

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

·        Implement commercial pricing strategies that support business goals and financial targets

·        Train and guide deal makers in utilizing pricing tools and adhering to established processes

·        Analyse market trends and competitive dynamics to establish robust pricing models

·        Monitor & report on process performance; support sales team in attaining or surpassing KPIs

·        Monitor & report on total GNH’s price dynamics, proposals on how to offset price erosion and price increase results

·        Manage pricing-related projects and initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement

 

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

·        have a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

·        have practical experience within pricing strategy or revenue management in Medtech industry or from consultancy

·        have high-level analytical skills and proficiency in managing complex pricing models

·        have experience within Salesforce CPQ or other pricing tools

·        effective communication skills that resonate with stakeholders at all levels
