About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and adoption of agentic applications at Templafy.
Templafy’s core products are fully agentic applications, starting with our Document Agent which launched in early 2025. In this role, you will help define what agentic enterprise software means for our customers and turn that vision into products that create measurable business value.
You will own the product area from market opportunity to customer adoption: identifying high-value use cases, shaping product strategy, working with Design and Engineering to build AI-powered workflows, and partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to bring them successfully to market.

What you will do

You will join a small but mighty team of two product managers in Copenhagen, and will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your part of the product.

  • Own product outcomes, including adoption, engagement, customer value, and commercial impact.

  • Identify market opportunities through customer discovery, competitive analysis, product data, and GTM feedback.

  • Work closely with Designers and Engineering to prototype, validate, and ship AI-powered workflows and agentic product experiences.

  • Translate customer problems into clear requirements, success metrics, and product priorities.

  • Partner with Marketing on positioning, messaging, launch narratives, and customer-facing materials.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on enablement, demos, pilots, adoption blockers, and feedback loops.

  • Create product briefs, internal knowledge bases, release materials, and launch documentation.

  • Act as the domain expert and spokesperson for your product area internally and externally.

What we are looking for
  • Experience in product management within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI-powered products, workflow automation, productivity tools, or related technology environments.

  • Understanding of agentic applications, AI-assisted workflows, automation, integrations, and the factors that drive successful enterprise adoption.

  • Ability to translate market insights into product strategy and guide products through execution, launch, and customer adoption.

  • Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and customers to deliver business and customer value.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Understanding of user experience principles, technical feasibility, agile product development, and product discovery practices.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and operate effectively in evolving product environments.

  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Nice to have
  • Experience building AI-native products, copilots, agents, or automation platforms.

  • Experience with enterprise governance, permissions, security, or compliance.

  • Experience running beta programs, design partnerships, or early customer adoption programs.

Employee Benefits

  • Employee equity program

  • Private health insurance

  • Company lunch contribution

  • Phone and broadband covered by company

  • Centrally located office – easy access to public transportation

  • Company events and team activities

  • Flexible work environment

  • Gympass Subscription

  • Calm App Subscription
