We’re looking for a driven Senior Marketing Manager to join the Wolters Kluwer Team. In this role, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across our Tax and Legal Research & Learning Technology portfolio. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and regional leadership teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline opportunities and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
The role involves overseeing multi-channel marketing programs, analysing market trends and customer insights, managing inbound and outbound campaign strategies, and communicating our value proposition to senior decision-makers across enterprise and professional services markets. You will play a key role in identifying new growth opportunities, optimising campaign performance, and ensuring marketing initiatives directly contribute to business development outcomes and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the ANZ portfolio marketing strategy aligned to regional and global objectives
- Own the annual marketing plan, including prioritisation, budget and alignment to commercial goals
- Partner with commercial leadership to identify opportunities, customer needs and growth priorities
- Lead integrated go‑to‑market strategies across launches, campaigns and lifecycle activity
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Own demand generation strategy and pipeline outcomes for the portfolio
- Lead and deliver integrated, multi‑channel campaigns, working with digital and performance support
- Define target segments, messaging and campaign priorities aligned to commercial objectives
- Partner with Sales to align on pipeline priorities and conversion outcomes
- Work with digital and performance capabilities to monitor results, interpret insights and refine approach
- Drive ongoing campaign optimisation, improving funnel performance, conversion and pipeline outcomes
Product Marketing, Messaging & Market Engagement
- Own local messaging and value propositions, translating global positioning into relevant, customer‑focused messaging for the ANZ market
- Drive product marketing activity to ensure offerings are clearly understood and relevant to target customers
- Develop thought leadership themes aligned to customer needs and market trends
- Guide creation of high‑value content and campaigns that build credibility and engagement
- Leverage customer, market and performance insights to inform messaging, targeting and go‑to‑market effectiveness
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Collaborate with APAC and global teams to align with global frameworks and standards
- Partner closely with Sales, Product and Customer teams to drive outcomes
- Influence stakeholders through clear, commercially grounded recommendations
Key Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing across complex portfolios (e.g. SaaS, professional services, education)
- Proven ability to deliver marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong experience across strategy and hands‑on campaign execution
- Experience translating positioning into effective, market‑relevant messaging
- Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve results
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of marketing’s impact on revenue
- Experience working within regional/global matrix environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
