We are hiring for two positions:

  • One supporting Global Workplace Projects

  • One supporting the broader Engineering & Workplace organization

Core Responsibilities
  • Own portfolio governance and reporting for a defined segment of portfolio, delivering clear, high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual insights on progress, risks, capacity, and financial performance.

  • Drive portfolio planning and prioritization, ensuring initiatives align with strategic objectives and delivery.

  • Partner closely with Finance, Digital Product Managers, and LEAN teams to support annual planning cycles and ongoing financial and performance tracking.

  • Be the trusted portfolio advisor to project and program leaders - building positive relationships that ensure transparency, alignment, and reliable data across the portfolio.

  • Play a key role in the implementation of our Strategic Portfolio Management System, shaping portfolio structures, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.

  • Enable adoption of Strategic Portfolio Management System by supporting partners through training, guidance, and hands-on day-to-day collaboration.

  • Collaborate with PMO peers to ensure consistent standards, reporting, and ways of working across engineering and operations.

  • Continuously improve portfolio practices, driving initiatives that enhance maturity, efficiency, and decision-making across the PMO function.

Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding

You will be part of the Global Workplace Projects Portfolio Development & Excellence team, anchored within the Engineering & Workplace organization.

Within this, the Portfolio Management (PMO) team is a small, highly specialized group focused on enabling transparency and strong governance and decision-making frameworks

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Strong experience partnering with Finance on investment planning, tracking, and performance reporting.

  • Hands-on experience with portfolio/project management systems (PPMS, PPM tools, or similar).

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Strong analytical approach to translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Highly structured and meticulous, with the ability to work confidently with high-value and critical data.

  • Authorization to work in the country of employment; limited international travel may be required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting or leading a PPMS implementation.
