We are looking for a Senior People Experience Team Lead to lead HR service delivery and drive operational excellence across our Slovak operations. You will lead a small team of PE advisors, ensure compliant and efficient people services, and support the broader people strategy for Slovakia.
How you will contribute
Operational Excellence & Service Delivery
- Oversee day-to-day HR service operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of HR cases
- Drive process excellence - stranded work elimination, automations, self-service adoption, and continuous improvement
- Manage plant queues, SLA adherence, and data accuracy across the team
- Act as first point of contact for escalations; support implementation of People Services projects and local initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with Slovak labor legislation and the Labour Code; manage audit performance for PE in Slovakia
Strategic People Support
- Act as a trusted advisor to local leaders on talent planning, engagement, and organizational development, including employee relations ownership (disciplinary, sensitive cases, compliance, etc)
- Use people insights and analytics to support business decisions and stakeholder management
- Support regional transformation initiatives and champion continuous improvement culture
Team Leadership
- Lead, develop, and motivate a small team of PE advisors
- Drive performance management - empower the team, lead by example, recognize high performance, and resolve conflicts
What you will bring
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years leading a small team, HR experience in a multinational corporation with matrixed structures preferred
- Strong knowledge of Slovak labor legislation and the Labor Code
- University degree in Law, HR, Business, or a related field
- Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization
- Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent Slovak and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with HR shared services, self-service implementation, or continuous improvement (e.g., IL6S, Lean) is an advantage
