Job Description

Help shape a partnership that makes a meaningful difference when it matters most. As a key relationship lead, this role brings TAL and our partner together to create a trusted, connected experience that supports members and their families through life’s most important moments. By strengthening a long-term, sustainable partnership and ensuring our shared commitments translate into positive outcomes, you will help advance TAL’s purpose of protecting what matters and supporting Australians when they need us most. In this role you will:

  • Shape joint partnership strategies that drive sustainable growth and shared long-term value.
  • Deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen member engagement, insurance propositions and digital experiences.
  • Build trusted partner relationships that align priorities and advance shared goals.
  • Negotiate commercial outcomes that balance partner objectives, member value and TAL’s performance.
  • Champion service excellence by ensuring commitments, business plans and service standards are met.
  • Influence stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver change and achieve positive partnership outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bring at least five years’ experience in the superannuation sector, with sound knowledge of group life insurance highly regarded
  • Build trusted relationships and collaborate confidently with partners and stakeholders.
  • Apply strong commercial judgement and an understanding of group insurance products and pricing.
  • Analyse complex information and develop practical, well-considered solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and present ideas effectively to a range of audiences.
  • Create positive client experiences through a responsive, customer-focused approach.
