Job Title: Senior Partnerships & B2B Marketing Manager
Reports to: Director of Partnerships & B2B Marketing
Role Summary: The Senior Partnerships & B2B Marketing Manager sits on the restaurant acquisition side of inKind’s marketplace and marketing team. This individual will manage and grow channel partnerships, lead event marketing efforts, oversee content and enablement marketing, and track performance analytics.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Channel Partnerships:
- Own and manage channel partner relationships
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with external sales leaders
- Drive engagement through coordinated lead generation tactics, trainings/webinars, pilot new initiatives, and in-person events
- Source and qualify new partnership opportunities
- Maintain and report on partnership performance through data analytics
- Event Marketing: Lead planning and execution of trade shows, dinners, and other in-person marketing events. Manage logistics, signage, collateral development, event operations, and post-event analysis
- Content & Enablement Marketing: Create and maintain sales enablement content – one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, digital assets, training guides, etc.-- accurately reflecting the inKind value proposition for restaurants, our brand, and mission
- Performance analytics: Leverage tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace to track and analyze KPIs related to partnerships and marketing, and use insights to inform strategy and improve results
- Meet or exceed performance metrics set by internal and external stakeholders
- Other projects and responsibilities consistent with the B2B Partnerships and Digital Marketing Manager and assigned by either your supervisor or inKind leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, marketing, business development, or strategic alliances
- Proven track record managing external stakeholder relationships toward shared goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in partnership management within technology, hospitality/restaurants, or financial services industries
- Proficiency with Salesforce
Work Environment:
- The candidate in this position will be primarily located in an office environment and be exposed to lighting, temperature, and noise level conditions typical of that environment
- This position is primarily in-person, with an expectation of in-person work at the physical office location in Austin, Texas
- Travel up to 20%

Salary:
- $115,000 - 125,000 base + Benefits
