Qualify inbound restaurant leads, conduct discovery conversations, assess partnership fit, and move qualified opportunities through the sales funnel. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Account Managers to improve renewals, funding, expansion, retention, and partner health. Develop KPIs, experiments, feedback systems, and scalable workflows that increase commercial effectiveness and reduce manual work.

Leads the strategy, execution, governance, and performance of major strategic partnerships. The role coordinates executive stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, marketing, legal, compliance, operations, and commercial teams; manages partnership economics, integrations, launches, risks, and KPIs; and develops scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and expansion opportunities.

Lead inKind’s marketing strategy and organization through hyper-growth, combining brand building, consumer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention, analytics, product marketing, and partnerships. Own growth metrics, brand positioning, experimentation, marketing investment, and cross-functional alignment while building scalable teams, systems, and capabilities. The role requires transforming inKind into a nationally recognized, category-defining consumer brand in hospitality and loyalty.

Implement and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns using Braze and data warehouse integrations. Build complex journey flows, dynamic templates (Liquid), audience segmentation, and QA campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and engineering to validate data, ensure compliance (SMS/email), and scale personalized lifecycle messaging.

Design, build, and operate scalable distributed systems for real-time restaurant payment and financial workflows. Responsibilities include architecting reliable services, protecting sensitive financial data, improving observability and production performance, debugging distributed systems, participating in on-call rotations, applying AI-assisted engineering tools, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring engineers.

Own the development and maintenance of large-scale React Native applications for iOS and Android. Lead architecture improvements, React Native upgrades, native module development, performance optimization, automated testing, CI/CD reliability, and production debugging. Collaborate with cross-functional product pods, contribute to technical discovery and architecture, mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards while delivering scalable, maintainable mobile experiences.

Sell inKind services to restaurants in the Chicago market: source, qualify, and close new partners to meet quotas; maintain pipeline; collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and internal teams; manage relationships; and track deals in Salesforce.
