We are now seeking a Senior Officer – Human Resources to join our team.
What you’ll do...
Independently handle core HR functions, including compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide support to talent acquisition/recruitment activities as needed.
Prepare and analyze key HR reports, such as staff movement, manpower costing, and budgeting, utilizing data tools to provide clear insights.
Manage day-to-day operations, including onboarding and offboarding formalities, benefits administration, and accurate data maintenance.
Assist in implementing HR projects and independently execute assigned deliverables from time to time.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Good understanding of HR principles, processes, and systems (experience with Workday is a strong plus).
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Skilled in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, strong analytical thinking, good problem-solving, and solid interpersonal skills.
Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
