The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is a statutory body established in 1966 to promote, assist and develop Hong Kong's trade. With 51 offices globally, including 13 in the Chinese Mainland, the HKTDC promotes Hong Kong as a two-way global investment and business hub.

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and technology-savvy professional to support the development, maintenance and continuous enhancement of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer HRIS and related HR applications to ensure data integrity, system security and smooth operation.
  • Provide day-to-day system support to HR users and employees, including troubleshooting system issues and responding to enquiries.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards and analytics to support management decision-making, workforce planning and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation of system enhancements, upgrades and new functionalities.
  • Support HR digitalisation initiatives and continuous process improvement projects.
  • Manage employee data changes and conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop user guides, training materials and conduct user training where required.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors on HR system-related matters.
  • Assist in other HR operations and projects as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in HR operations, HRIS administration or HR technology support. 
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS / payroll systems, Oracle HCM or similar HR platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
  • Good problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

 

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.

Skills Required
