Title and Summary
Senior Network Engineer
The ideal candidate will be adept at resolving complex network issues through thorough analysis and troubleshooting. This role is pivotal, serving as the primary liaison between network teams, customers, and various internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance for network implementations and integration of network changes.
• Improve the quality of technical and network services.
• Mitigate risks and manage schedule variance for network projects.
• Resolve complex network issues in both production and customer environments.
Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of network and system concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing and troubleshooting network states.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Experience in network project management and risk mitigation.
