About this opportunity:
The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and managing master data-related analytics, automation solutions, and AI/ML tools to strengthen Master Data Management (MDM) excellence and support strategic business objectives.
What you will do- Develop and maintain MDM citizen tools to advance MDM excellence as a senior tools developer.- Evaluate, plan and execute initiatives to address pain points and reduce technical debts across assigned MDM citizen tools, while ensuring minimal operational disruption.- Be accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned MDM citizen tools, including solution upgrades, migrations, CI/CD processes, issue resolution, change implementation, and continuous optimization. Ensure continuous expansion of MDM citizen tools integration with enterprise platforms to unlock additional value in alignment with the company's MDM strategy.- Explore and onboard emerging citizen tool technologies across analytics, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) to continuously advance MDM maturity.
The skills you bring:- Experienced in data analytics, automation, and AI/ML solution development using tools and platforms such as Informatica Data Quality (DQ), Snowflake, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, SQL Server, and Python, as well as AI/ML technologies including Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AWS ML platforms.- Strong interest and passion for data analytics, automation, and AI/ML, with excellent self-learning ability and a strong aptitude for exploring and adopting new citizen tools technologies.- A structured, creative, and results-oriented mindset, with strong coordination, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-organizational environment and engage stakeholders at different levels.
Additional qualifications (preferred)- Deep experience with platforms such as EDMP, DAP 2.0, Sigma, AMP, Copilot Studio is considered an advantage.- Experience with SAP Master Data Management and a solid understanding of related business processes.- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
