Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner and event marketing specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in the Corporate Performance Management (Saas) sector.
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our partners to create and implement effective marketing programs that maximize joint business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and executing successful events that bring partners and customers together.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Marketing Planning:
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing plans and strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging both our and their expertise and resources to maximize impact.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and initiatives, including joint events, webinars, content creation, and digital marketing activities, to generate demand and increase brand awareness.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and tradeshows. This includes managing event logistics, vendor coordination, attendee registration, content development, speaker management, and post-event evaluation.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing counterparts, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and mutual understanding of goals and deliverables.
- Enablement and Support: Provide marketing support to partners, including the creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and training programs to empower partners to effectively represent our brand and products.
- Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and business development, to align partner marketing initiatives with overall company objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or event management, ideally in a Cloud Software environment.
- Experience in planning and executing successful events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and tradeshows.
- Solid understanding of technology industry trends, partner ecosystems, and B2B marketing principles.
- Demonstrated success in driving joint marketing initiatives and achieving business objectives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate marketing performance and optimize strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an ability to identify unique partnership opportunities.
- Experience of marketing automation and CRM systems, such as Marketo and Salesforce.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
