Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for a consumer-centric, data-driven Senior Marketing Manager, Chewy Health to join our exciting and fast-paced team in Boston, MA, Minneapolis, MN, and Bellevue, WA. We have very ambitious plans for our rapidly growing Connect with a Vet business and are looking for an experienced marketing leader and builder. The Senior Marketing Manager, Healthcare will lead the brand experience, marketing and traffic strategy for Connect with a Vet, a rapidly growing customer segment. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded & data-driven marketing leader. You will lead develop product positioning & messaging, translate product features and functionality into consumer facing benefits, define success metrics, and bring our initiatives to life across marketing touchpoints.
What You'll Do:
- Be an inspiring leader with a vision to evolve a relatively new e-commerce business and establish a best-in-class marketing function within the business.
- Lead development of marketing initiatives 'end to end' (including positioning, messaging, creative development, go to market plans, execution, measurement, marketing mix and reporting) that drive goals & key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Chewy brand marketing teams and channel owners (Email, Digital, Social, Content etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention across paid and owned channels, continuously optimizing and seeking improvements for all channels.
- Design and execute marketing frameworks, analyze results, and implement scalable campaigns.
- Work closely with category managers to build out quarterly marketing plans based product development and annual goals.
- Build processes to ensure smooth execution across functions within the Healthcare business unit and Chewy brand marketing.
- Work with internal creative teams and external vendors to develop assets from concepts through execution across a broad range of tactics.
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years' marketing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience.
- Must have attention to detail and possess critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, project management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment.
- Advanced analytical tools (e.g., Excel) experience.
- Ability to develop metrics, analyze data quantitatively and identify opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- Travel may be required.
The base salary range for this role is $124,500 - $207,000.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
