How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Deliver High-Quality Software: Work in an agile team to develop and ship reliable, high-performing software that meets business needs and drives value for our clients.
• Ensure Quality at Every Stage: Take ownership of quality assurance from requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring each feature meets the highest standards.
• Monitor Release Processes: Oversee smooth and efficient software releases, ensuring proper execution and minimal disruptions.
• Develop & Document Test Plans: Create and maintain detailed software test plans, guaranteeing robust and error-free deployments.
• Collaborate in an Agile Team: Work closely with cross-functional team members to continuously improve and refine the development process.

Employees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to respond to urgent issues as needed as per the On call policy.

Who you are: 

• Experienced Tester: You bring over 4 year of experience testing web and client/server applications, with a strong foundation in ensuring quality at every step of the development lifecycle.
• Familiar with Automation Tools: Experience with automatic testing tools is a plus, adding efficiency and scalability to your testing practices.
• Sports Knowledge Expert: You’ve worked as a sports risk analyst or have comprehensive knowledge of sports betting, bringing valuable insight to the table.
• Industry-Savvy: You’ve got experience in the Sportsbook and Casino industries, understanding the unique challenges and demands of this fast-paced environment.
• QA Documentation Pro: You have hands-on experience defining and writing QA documentation, methodologies, and processes—and know how to implement them effectively.
• Test Planning & Coordination Guru: You’re skilled at creating detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases, while effectively estimating, prioritizing, and coordinating testing activities.
• Attention to Detail: You review requirements, specifications, and technical designs with a sharp eye, providing timely and meaningful feedback.
• Proactive & Communicative: You're an adaptable and committed team player, always taking a proactive approach to issue resolution and escalating issues when necessary.
• Database Knowledge: You’re comfortable with databases and have experience working with MySQL, making sure data integrity and performance are up to par.
• UX/UI Focused: You have an eye for user experience and user interface design, ensuring that the end product is not only functional but also intuitive and user-friendlly
