Monitor real-time online gaming operations across desktop and mobile platforms, verify game functionality, investigate and escalate technical issues, coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers, analyze competitors, recommend product improvements, and support customer-facing teams with Gaming Department knowledge.

Own discovery, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for new iGaming products. Define product vision and success metrics, conduct market and competitive research, prioritize features, write requirements and acceptance criteria, and guide cross-functional Engineering and QA teams through Scrum delivery. Monitor KPIs, funnels, experimentation, and product health, then prepare successful products for handover to core teams with complete documentation.

Own new iGaming products from opportunity discovery through launch, scaling, and handover. Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and requirements while guiding cross-functional Engineering, QA, Product, and business teams. Use customer insights, analytics, KPIs, experimentation, and market trends to make product decisions, manage trade-offs, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes without direct authority.

Own and optimize large-scale MySQL database environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, scalability, replication, failover, backup, and disaster recovery. Partner with engineering and DevOps teams on database architecture, incident resolution, observability, automation, and operational standards. Support PostgreSQL and cloud database initiatives, particularly Google Cloud SQL. Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent production issues.

Design, optimize, and operate MongoDB databases for high-volume, mission-critical applications. Collaborate with developers on schema and query design, tune performance, manage clusters (replica sets, sharding), implement backup/DR, enforce security/compliance, and maintain monitoring and incident response for production environments.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will build CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure, design cloud-native systems, and optimize processes for product launches.
