- Manage and develop a team of demand gen specialists covering Digital Marketing, Webinars, SDR/Nurture Programs, and Field Events, providing mentorship, guidance, and skill development.

- Implement and refine lead nurture programs designed to move prospects through the funnel with appropriate velocity for different buying cycles.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure integrated go-to-market execution.
- Partner closely with sales leadership and SDR leadership to ensure marketing programs are tightly aligned with sales motions specific to scaled segments.
- Oversee the development and execution of webinar programs that accelerate the buying process and generate qualified leads.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with particular focus on scaled market segments.
- 3+ years of people management experience, with proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing marketing teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue in high-velocity B2B sales environments.
- Strong understanding of diverse buying journeys, decision-making processes, and sales cycles.
- Experience partnering with sales teams to develop and implement integrated field marketing programs that accelerate deals.
- Proven track record of building scalable marketing programs that efficiently support high-volume sales motions.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to measure and optimize program performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and make strategic recommendations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in field marketing leadership roles at B2B SaaS companies serving diverse market segments is preferred.
- Proven success in building and scaling marketing programs that support inside sales and field sales teams.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies adapted for different market segments is an advantage.
- A background in marketing experience management, customer experience, or related solution areas is beneficial.
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and multi-touch campaign analysis will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with the Qualtrics platform and solutions is a plus.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
