Director of Marketing Technology

- Architect and manage our end-to-end marketing technology stack
- Lead implementation of generative AI solutions to enhance content creation, personalization, and campaign execution
- Oversee the building and maintenance of data flows between marketing systems and our broader technology ecosystem
- Drive marketing automation strategy to improve campaign velocity and effectiveness
- Oversee marketing operations governance, including documentation and best practices
- Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing technology and operations roles
- Demonstrated expertise with Marketo and marketing automation platforms
- Track record of building and managing integrated marketing technology ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives
- Team leadership and development experience
- Experience implementing and working with generative AI for marketing applications
- Salesforce administration background
- Certifications in relevant marketing platforms (Marketo Certified Expert, etc.)
- Background in SaaS or enterprise technology marketing
- Experience managing technology budgets and vendor relationships

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
