We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - South Enterprise to join our Americas Field Sales team in Texas. This is a remote role reporting to the Director, Sales Engineering. The Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - South Enterprise will manage and lead a team of Sales Engineers that will closely collaborate with our field AE team. You will lead as a technical expert and develop the team to successfully build customer relationships and solve their cybersecurity concerns.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team to meet the demands of our South Enterprise segment

  • Refine and optimize critical sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept

  • Develop and deliver impactful product and solution demonstrations that resonate with complex enterprise needs

  • Provide strategic advice and support for requests for proposals (RFPs) by presenting tailored recommendations and clear business benefits to clients

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering

  • 5+ years of experience directly managing and leading a sales engineering team

  • Demonstrated experience selling network security technologies within an enterprise environment

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Proven track record as a subject matter expert participating in regional industry events and professional organizations

  • Deep experience managing technical sales cycles for major enterprise accounts

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$170,625$243,750 USD
