How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and develop a team delivering advanced data reporting and analytics to support key business decisions
- Identify and recommend opportunities for operational improvement and product innovation by analyzing complex data trends
- Oversee high-profile projects that address strategic priorities and collaborate regularly with senior management to share findings
- Integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency of reports, dashboards and ad hoc requests
- Define and document business rules, data definitions and quality requirements to ensure high data standards
- Review and validate team outputs, mentoring analysts to produce actionable insights and maintain data integrity
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards by performing quality audits and creating specifications based on business needs

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Experience
- 3+ years management experience
- 7+ years data analysis and reporting or related experience
Skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple projects, show judgement and initiative to accomplish job duties, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong independent and team-based work capabilities to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
- Advanced skills in analyzing and interpreting data, quickly identifying business opportunities and challenges
- Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present to all levels of management
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering data-driven presentations
- Knowledge of software applications including Word and Excel
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve high standards
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends and needs
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL

- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, ESRI, Alteryx, Tableau, and/or other data ETL and visualization tools

The base pay for this position generally is between
$110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
