We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Cash Management & Operations, to continue scaling our global treasury program. In this role, you will lead and optimize our global cash management operations. This individual will be responsible for managing daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, bank account management and fintech solutions, and will also play a key role leading strategies to effectively leverage treasury technology solutions. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Treasury.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Oversee global treasury operations, ensuring efficient daily cash positioning and managing short-term cash forecasts to optimize liquidity and funding needs
- Lead bank account management efforts and maintain an efficient banking structure across global markets
- Manage Treasury payment processes, online payment platforms and related controls, working closely with Accounting, Tax and other business partners
- Collaborate with fintech teams and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize funds flows
- Provide strategic input on Treasury operations related to market, business and product expansion, with a particular focus on optimizing processes and systems
- Lead assessment, implementation and utilization of treasury management system and other technology tools to automate and streamline processes
- Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into cash positions, liquidity, and treasury metrics
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Finance and Tax, to align Treasury activities with broader financial objectives
- Lead and develop a diverse, motivated, and skilled team while fostering an inclusive culture that supports continuous growth through training and coaching
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA or CTP is a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in treasury management (SaaS or fintech is a plus)
- Deep knowledge of global banking and payments, cash forecasting, financial modeling and treasury management systems
- Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality and ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business and banking partners
- Proven track record of developing people, leading and managing high-performing teams
- Ability to work independently to drive implementation of both small and large cross-functional projects

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
Pay Range
$146,000—$234,000 USD
