Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to a team responsible for data reporting and analysis
• Support new products or operational improvements by identifying areas of opportunity
• Generate analytical results through regular communication with management
• Capture, develop and document data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements for improvements
• Determine operational impacts, trends and opportunities through data interpretation
• Manage data integration from multiple sources to produce forecasts, ad hoc requests and dashboards
• Identify and define data quality improvements to develop new strategies and improve business performance
• Conduct quality data audits and analyses to ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• 3+ years of management experience
• 7+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Skills:
• Expert in SQL
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills
