We are looking for a highly charged, passionate and results driven Senior Marketing Manager to build, evangelize, and deliver world-class Field and Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and tactics to drive business growth from our strategic accounts. In this role, you will develop and execute highly targeted and personalized campaigns that engage our most important accounts and prospects from the Consumer Products industries and their value chain.
You will work closely with sales, strategy, and, of course, other marketing functions, in a fast-paced market with a fully integrated, data-driven approach. This role will be essential in helping us meet our revenue goals and drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven multi-channel field marketing and ABM campaigns to achieve sales goals, from concepting and aligning with internal teams all the way through to execution & post-campaign analysis and reporting
- Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
- Collaborate closely with account partners and strategy leads on strategies to attract and close key accounts and to ensure strong cross-functional alignment
- Partner with content, field and digital marketers to build, execute and track integrated campaigns
- Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers
- Oversee the timely execution of ABM plans
- Measure campaign effectiveness based on appropriate KPIs
- Execute high-impact field campaigns and ABM initiatives to expand and accelerate the sales pipeline.
- Influencing active opportunities in the pipeline to reduce the sales cycle and drive faster conversions.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in marketing or customer facing roles (Sales, CSM) for an enterprise software or cloud-based solution provider
- Strong experience in building and executing integrated marketing programs, managing program budgets, and reporting
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across stakeholders
- Hands-on, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, strategic thinker, and analytical mind to manage cross-functional teams across different geographies
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time with excellent attention to details
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
- Experience with sales, CRM and marketing automation systems
- Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation
- Base pay: $95,000 - $175,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
