The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst to support logistics efforts under our NFL contract for Submarine Readiness Squadron 36 (SRS-36) Kings Bay, GA.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to Submarine Readiness Squadron 36 (SRS-36), conducting training, assessments, and inspections of assigned units to include inventory and financial management.
Provide written feedback reports and submit to government lead for Logistics Division monitors assist visits and inspections.
Provide over-the-shoulder training for supported units in all aspects of logistics support to include but not limited to daily operations of inventory and financial management, carcass management in R-Supply, requisition assistance, causative search, database and file maintenance, shelf-life management, HAZMAT requirement/audits and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) records management.
Provide assistance regarding Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List, (COSAL) to include Automated Store Interface (ASI) processing, Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR), Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDR), Fleet COSAL Feedback Reports (FCFBR) and Allowance Change Request generation, submission and tracking.
Provides Government Purchase Card (GPC) program management in the capacity as a Reviewing Official (RO). This included performing detailed reviews of purchase requests (PRs) for completeness and accuracy, errors, omissions, and other possible errors associated with PR packages. Maintains the internal database used to track purchase request from time of receipt to time of certification and all process steps in between.
Qualifications:
Required
Must have a current DOD SECRET clearance.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline. As a substitute for the degree, 8 years of hands-on experience in a combination of Navy automated logistics management may be utilized. Training related to the degree substitute provided at Navy schools is considered hands on experience.
In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the Navy Logistics Analyst must have eight years of experience in Navy or USMC automated logistics management and the functionality of the automated logistics systems.
In depth experience with Unit Level R-Supply, Electronic Retrograde Management Systems (eRMS), One Touch Support (OTS), Federal Logistics Management Information System (FLIS) and Configuration Data Managers Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA)
Must have experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), and NMCI.
Desired:
Former Navy Senior Enlisted Logistics Specialist.
Prior experience on board in Supply Department on board submarines

The proposed salary range for this position is:
