monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the strategy, architecture, and execution of programs that drive revenue across the customer journey. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can set the direction, build the infrastructure, and get their hands dirty, all at the same time.
Your mission: Generate ARR by designing and running lifecycle programs that move users to take the actions that matter most, striving to deliver a 1:1 experience at scale.
Define and own lifecycle marketing strategy for your area of the funnel, with ARR as the primary success metric and the range to zoom out to set direction or zoom in to execute a campaign.
Architect the lifecycle program infrastructure for your scope: segmentation frameworks, behavioral trigger logic, channel orchestration, and journey design built to scale.
Lead cross-functional lifecycle initiatives, driving alignment across product, sales, CS, and data. Set direction, resolve tradeoffs, and influence roadmaps without waiting for permission.
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, push, SMS, and more) that move users at the right moment, with clear revenue attribution.
Build personalized, behavior-driven journeys that feel individually tailored at scale, accelerating key user actions whether that's reaching value faster, going deeper on the product, or upgrading to the right plan.
Use data, behavioral signals, and AI to push toward true 1:1 personalization at scale: the right message, to the right user, at the right moment, through the right channel.
Own the testing roadmap. A/B test flows, messaging, segmentation, offers, and timing, and use results to evolve strategy, not just optimize individual campaigns.
Work at the data layer: partner with data and engineering teams to define event schemas, build audience logic, and ensure lifecycle programs are powered by reliable, well-structured behavioral data.
Leverage AI tools to move faster, generating copy, synthesizing insights, scaling personalization, and identifying patterns that inform strategy.
Translate performance data into clear recommendations for leadership, making the case for investment, prioritization, and strategic shifts.
Own a high-impact function with direct, visible contribution to company revenue.
Set strategy and execute it. This is a full-stack lifecycle role, not a hand-off model.
Work cross-functionally at a senior level with product, design, CS, and marketing leadership.
Use cutting-edge automation, personalization, and AI tools to build at scale.
Join a team that celebrates experimentation, learning, and meaningful business impact.
6+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth Marketing, with meaningful experience in a SaaS, PLG, or subscription business.
Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes with clear attribution and measurable impact.
Experience owning lifecycle strategy end-to-end, not just executing campaigns. You've defined frameworks, set priorities, and made tradeoffs.
Strong program architecture skills: you know how to design scalable segmentation models, trigger logic, and journey flows, and you can explain the thinking behind them.
A strong belief in and track record of building toward 1:1 experiences at scale, using segmentation, behavioral data, and automation to make every touchpoint feel relevant rather than generic.
Comfortable working at the data layer, defining event taxonomies, working with CDPs or data warehouses, and partnering with engineers to build the right data foundation for lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with tools like Braze, HubSpot, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
Comfortable working with AI tools in your day-to-day, for content generation, data synthesis, audience analysis, or workflow automation. You see AI as a force multiplier, not a shortcut.
Confident leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You bring clarity, drive alignment, and move things forward.
Excellent communicator who can translate lifecycle strategy into business impact for both technical and non-technical audiences.
ARR Growth: Measurable revenue impact from lifecycle programs.
Behavioral Conversion: Users taking the actions that matter, upgrading, adopting features, re-engaging, as a result of lifecycle touchpoints.
Program Quality: Well-architected, scalable programs that compound over time rather than requiring constant rebuilding.
