Please note: 

  • No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

  • This is a Individual Contributor position

  • The role is based on our Billund HQ. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.  

  • 20% Travel required in this role required for key trade shows, customer meetings, and internal off sites. 

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager to lead regional strategy and planning for LEGO Education’s reseller channel in Eastern and Southern Europe (including Poland, Italy, Greece, and other selected markets). This role combines strategic vision, regional representation, and comprehensive accountability.
 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Regional Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and market penetration. 

  • Vision & Leadership: Shape the vision for success in the designated region, advising on forecasts and market strategies. 

  • Performance Accountability: Oversee regional performance, including forecasting, target achievement, and strategic growth. 

  • Representation: Act as the face of the company both internally for regional representation and externally with resellers. 

  • Business-Critical Operations: Advise tender sales and business-critical operations, influencing regional growth strategies. 

  • Market Insights: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to feed market insights into strategy and annual planning.

The LEGO Education International team manages the go-to-market strategy for our learning solutions, content, and training, executing commercial, marketing, and operational frameworks with resellers while building strong market ecosystems.

Do you have what it takes?   

  • Proven experience in senior sales management roles, ideally within a reseller/distributor's go-to-market model. 

  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic outlook and experience in data-driven decision-making. 

  • Ability to challenge internal processes and external partners to drive growth. 

  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across multiple seniority levels. 

  • Proven ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with external partners and cross-functional internal teams. 

  • Experience working in a matrix organization. 

  • Fluent in English; Polish or Italian (C1 level) would be a strong advantage. 

  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
