May direct and participate in training of internal and external customers, and provide compliance consulting services.
Mentors less experienced professionals and conducts peer reviews, delivering structured feedback on work product and documenting progress. Maintains and utilizes a specialist utilization plan that supports division talent strategies and the discipline's strategic plan, engaging all assigned learners. Raises continuous improvement opportunities and contributes to one or more projects annually.
