NVIDIA is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Israel HR SW team and support senior leaders in a fast-growing, global technology environment. In this role, you will partner with business and leadership teams to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent growth, performance management, employee experience, and retention.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to understand business needs and build organizational capabilities.

  • Lead HR initiatives that support growth, hiring, talent development, performance, and employee retention.

  • Advise managers and employees on people-related matters, ensuring fair and balanced solutions.

  • Use people and business data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Support annual performance and talent review processes.

  • Collaborate closely with global HR and corporate teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage.

  • 8+ years of HRBP experience in a global, fast-paced organization.

  • Strong business partnership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Analytical, data-driven approach; strong Excel skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience with Workday is an advantage.
