What You’ll DoTeam Leadership & Operations Oversight- Lead a collaborative team managing networks, systems, monitoring tools, and service delivery.
- Support and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Oversee and maintain 24x7 on-call schedules and support matrices for client environments.
- Monitor hosting services to ensure availability, performance, and capacity, meeting or exceeding SLAs.
- Maintain operational readiness, including documentation and knowledge transfer for hosted solutions.
- Identify opportunities for service automation and implement improvements aligned with strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders regarding hosted and managed services.
- Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to ensure production readiness of new solutions.
- Support technical responses in RFPs/RFIs, including pricing and solution sizing.
- Manage hosting-related budgets, cost models, and vendor relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure cost efficiency in vendor services.
- Proven experience managing cloud or hosted services (e.g. SaaS) in a commercial or enterprise environment.
- Strong leadership experience with 24x7 operational teams focused on uptime, reliability, and security.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and automation technologies.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
