Sword Intelligence is focused on  expanding our AI-driven tools beyond pain management to tackle bigger healthcare challenges. This initiative focuses on driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and improving outcomes in areas critical to society’s well-being.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for turning Sword Intelligence’s thought leadership, events, and real-world momentum into measurable demand, defining how we reach the right healthcare decision-makers and making sure podcasts, webinars, events, and campaigns don’t just exist, but drive engagement, leads, and pipeline.

This role goes beyond execution. You’ll design growth systems, automate prospecting, and experiment relentlessly to identify what truly moves the needle.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, launch, and optimize growth campaigns across multiple channels (Email, ABM, Guerrilla Mkt Initiatives);
  • Design and own growth initiatives around podcasts, webinars, and events, from concept to post-event lead capture and nurturing;
  • Turn content (reports, podcasts, webinars, events, demos) into multi-channel engagement and demand engines;
  • Build and optimize event-driven growth motions (pre-event targeting, post-event follow-ups, reactivation campaigns);
  • Own and improve lead generation and nurturing flows;
  • Run structured experiments (A/B tests, channel tests, messaging tests), analyze results, and iterate quickly;
  • Use AI tools and automation toIdentify and enrich prospect lists and automate outbound and follow-up workflows responsibly and at scale;
  • Work closely with sales to ensure prospects, contacts, and accounts are actionable and prioritized;
  • Build simple dashboards and reporting to track growth performance and inform decisions.

What you need to have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS;
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies for content optimization and iteration;
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to refine messaging and increase conversion rates;
  • Hands-on experience with: Podcasts, webinars, and/or event-driven marketing, ABM and drip email campaigns and CRM and marketing automation tools;
  • Comfort using scraping, enrichment, and automation tools to find and qualify contacts;
  • Strong analytical mindset, focused on impact and conversion;
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguity and fast-moving environments;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
