We are looking for a strong full‑stack software engineer with deep experience in building enterprise-grade systems on Azure. This role focuses primarily on designing, developing, and scaling secure, reliable cloud services and applications. Candidates should bring solid engineering fundamentals, proven experience delivering enterprise solutions, and an interest in learning and applying modern AI/agentic technologies. Experience with AI frameworks is not required—minimal to intermediate familiarity is sufficient as long as you are enthusiastic about upskilling in the AI stack.
Position Responsibilities:
Design & Development
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Azure services and cloud-native applications.
- Implement scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations using modern engineering patterns.
- Build high-quality front-end or full-stack experiences using modern frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Apply software engineering best practices, including testing, secure coding, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Learn and integrate AI/agentic capabilities (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Azure Agent Framework) as part of solution design.
Integration, Quality & Governance
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance for cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering practices across services.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including cloud engineering, product, and data teams.
- Participate in code reviews, design workshops, and engineering best practice development.
- Collaborate with AI/agentic specialists to integrate intelligent capabilities into applications.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5-7 years of proven experience as a full‑stack or backend engineer building enterprise systems on Azure.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language: C#, Java, or Python, NodeJS, ReactJS
- Hands-on experience with Azure services such as App Service, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Storage, Key Vault, and Azure SQL/Cosmos DB.
- Solid understanding of distributed system design, microservices, security, resiliency, and performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM/agentic technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain) at a minimal to intermediate level, with willingness to deepen expertise.
- Experience working in an enterprise or regulated environment is a plus.
