The GeForce NOW Systems Software and Cloud Engineering teams build the platform behind NVIDIA's cloud gaming service, streaming RTX-powered games to millions of players across PCs, Macs, TVs, handhelds, and mobile devices. At the center of that experience is NVIDIA Marketplace—our unified hub for accelerated computing, bringing together AI hardware, cloud gaming, enterprise software, digital twin technologies, and world-class training to power the next generation of AI innovation.
We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who enjoys building polished customer experiences, solving complex technical problems, and shipping features that reach millions of users. Whether growing into technical ownership or already leading large initiatives, you will collaborate with dedicated engineers, project leads, creative professionals, and operations teams to build the future of cloud gaming commerce.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design, build, and enhance modern web experiences across NVIDIA Marketplace, including product discovery, product pages, shopping cart, checkout, subscriptions, order management, fulfillment, partner integrations, and customer account experiences.
Develop scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, shared component libraries, frontend microservices, and a monorepo-based development environment.
Integrate with REST APIs supporting catalog, pricing, payments, orders, fulfillment, customer accounts, and partner services while collaborating with backend engineers building services in Python, Go, Java, and related technologies.
Deliver features from design through production, including implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to build intuitive, performant, and reliable customer experiences.
Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, engineering standards, and continuous improvements in performance, accessibility, security, observability, and developer productivity.
What We Need to See:
5+ years of professional experience developing and supporting production web applications or e-commerce platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience building modular frontend applications using reusable components, shared libraries, frontend microservices, or monorepo-based development.
Experience integrating REST APIs, understanding API contracts, managing application state, and building resilient client applications.
Working knowledge of backend technologies such as Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or similar service-oriented environments.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, along with modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, and monitoring.
Understanding of e-commerce concepts such as product catalogs, checkout, payments, subscriptions, order processing, fulfillment, or partner integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to software development.
Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:
Experience building customer-facing e-commerce platforms, digital marketplaces, or subscription services.
Experience with large-scale frontend architecture, design systems, micro-frontends, or shared component libraries.
Knowledge of REST API integration patterns, authentication, authorization, versioning, and resilient client applications.
Experience improving web performance, accessibility, observability, and production reliability.
Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS and collaborating across distributed engineering teams and experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, testing, documentation, or code quality.
