Location: Copenhagen

Annual Gross Salary Range: DKK 697,703 to DKK 938,935

About the role

We are looking for a strong FP&A professional with deep expertise in valuation, long-term business planning, and investment analysis, who will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the company.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A as part of a strong and collaborative FP&A team environment, you will act as a subject matter expert on valuation and investment-related topics, including M&A business cases and CAPEX governance. You will also contribute as a core member of the broader FP&A team, supporting planning, performance management, and executive decision support.

What you gain

This is a highly visible role with close interaction with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, M&A, and business leadership. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep financial expertise with strategic impact.

There will be high exposure to key investment and M&A decisions, with a central role in shaping how value creation is assessed, approved, and tracked, as well as a high degree of freedom to take fast decisions within the scope of the role

You will play a key role in
  • Owning and further developing valuation frameworks and financial models, supporting long-term business plans, strategic initiatives, M&A assessments, and portfolio decisions.
  • Supporting M&A business cases, including valuation, scenario and sensitivity analysis, synergy assessment, and risk evaluation, with clear communication of value creation logic and assumptions
  • Supporting investment decision-making across M&A and CAPEX, ensuring a robust financial rationale at the approval stage and establishing disciplined post-investment follow-up and tracking of value realization
  • Driving alignment between strategy, long-term planning, and financial value creation.
  • Contributing actively to the long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, in close collaboration with the FP&A team.
  • Supporting performance management by linking financial performance, investments, and strategic outcomes.
  • Acting as a strong business partner to Strategy, M&A, and business leaders, ensuring financial rigor and decision support.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement agenda in Business Finance through ad hoc projects
To succeed in the role, you
  • Have 3–7 years of experience within FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategy Finance, or Transaction Services.
  • Proven experience in valuation and financial modelling, long-term strategic and business planning, and M&A business cases and investment analysis.
  • Experience with post-investment performance tracking is an advantage.
  • Are able to translate complex financial analysis into clear, decision-oriented insights.
  • Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging assumptions.
  • Are structured, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong business judgement
  • Have a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are a team-oriented profile who enjoys contributing beyond a narrow specialist role.
