About the roleWe are looking for a strong FP&A professional with deep expertise in valuation, long-term business planning, and investment analysis, who will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the company.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A as part of a strong and collaborative FP&A team environment, you will act as a subject matter expert on valuation and investment-related topics, including M&A business cases and CAPEX governance. You will also contribute as a core member of the broader FP&A team, supporting planning, performance management, and executive decision support.

There will be high exposure to key investment and M&A decisions, with a central role in shaping how value creation is assessed, approved, and tracked, as well as a high degree of freedom to take fast decisions within the scope of the role
You will play a key role in- Owning and further developing valuation frameworks and financial models, supporting long-term business plans, strategic initiatives, M&A assessments, and portfolio decisions.
- Supporting M&A business cases, including valuation, scenario and sensitivity analysis, synergy assessment, and risk evaluation, with clear communication of value creation logic and assumptions
- Supporting investment decision-making across M&A and CAPEX, ensuring a robust financial rationale at the approval stage and establishing disciplined post-investment follow-up and tracking of value realization
- Driving alignment between strategy, long-term planning, and financial value creation.
- Contributing actively to the long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, in close collaboration with the FP&A team.
- Supporting performance management by linking financial performance, investments, and strategic outcomes.
- Acting as a strong business partner to Strategy, M&A, and business leaders, ensuring financial rigor and decision support.
- Supporting the continuous improvement agenda in Business Finance through ad hoc projects
- Have 3–7 years of experience within FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategy Finance, or Transaction Services.
- Proven experience in valuation and financial modelling, long-term strategic and business planning, and M&A business cases and investment analysis.
- Experience with post-investment performance tracking is an advantage.
- Are able to translate complex financial analysis into clear, decision-oriented insights.
- Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging assumptions.
- Are structured, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong business judgement
- Have a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Are a team-oriented profile who enjoys contributing beyond a narrow specialist role.
