Lead end-to-end mining service projects across North America, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee financials and invoicing milestones, ensure safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement and project closeout.

Manage end-to-end technical-commercial proposals for comminution spare parts and modernization projects. Coordinate with sales, engineering, sourcing, and planning to define scope, cost, and lead times; interpret drawings and technical documents; standardize templates and track proposal KPIs; support customer technical clarifications; ensure compliant, version-controlled handover to execution teams and continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle for corporate staff; administer benefits and wellness programs; drive engagement, performance, talent management, and HR compliance; produce HR analytics and reports; partner with stakeholders and vendor partners to support corporate and manufacturing locations.

Design and model pumps, cyclones, valves and manifolds using CATIA, SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Prepare 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing and general arrangement drawings, BOMs, parts lists and proposal documentation. Collaborate with engineers and project managers, apply international design standards, and support inspection, installation and manufacturing processes for casting and fabrication.

Provide L3 technical authority for enterprise MS SQL platform services: lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for critical incidents, govern platform standards and changes, manage HA/DR and migrations, engage vendors, support security/compliance and lifecycle initiatives, mentor L2 engineers, and drive service improvements and platform optimization.

Provide L3 workplace engineering support, resolve escalations and major incidents, perform root cause analysis, design and implement hardening and automation, lead workplace projects and migrations, enforce governance and documentation, and mentor L2 engineers.

Participants will rotate through various engineering departments, collaborating on projects, assisting in product development, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Design and develop large thickening equipment for mining: create and validate 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks, prepare manufacturing documentation and BOMs, perform mechanical calculations and design reviews, optimize for manufacturability, support fabrication and site teams, and coordinate with production, procurement, and quality.

Oversee inventory control systems and processes, plan and coordinate cyclical stock counts, investigate and reconcile discrepancies, maintain ERP and catalogue data, process supplier and freight documentation, coordinate freight and import activities, produce warehouse KPI reporting, support continuous improvement and safety in warehouse operations.

Provide L2 workplace support in a shift-based 24x5 model: troubleshoot and resolve complex end-user and collaboration incidents across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, printing, and Teams Rooms. Drive incident and problem management, coordinate with L3 teams and vendors, execute complex changes, maintain runbooks and knowledge bases, and contribute to monitoring, automation, and service improvements.
