Lead mechanical product development for vibrating screens, feeders, and centrifuges: design, customize, troubleshoot manufacturing and field issues, advise clients, ensure cost, quality, and timelines, and support global/regional stakeholders.

Perform mechanical engineering drawing checks and design verification for Screens and Centrifuges. Ensure drawings, models, and documentation meet standards (ASME, ISO, AWS), support product development, resolve technical issues, coordinate with manufacturing/procurement/quality, and drive continuous improvement to reduce errors and rework.

Lead regional capital-project sales for mining: develop business, manage key accounts and EPCM relationships, identify and pursue greenfield/brownfield opportunities, maintain CRM pipeline, prepare complex proposals, negotiate orders, and coordinate sales-to-execution handovers. Requires frequent travel across Western US and North America.

Manage shipping of engineering spares and small project shipments for aftermarket mining: prepare and verify shipping documentation, coordinate packing/transport, handle customs and LC shipments, negotiate freight, liaise with stakeholders and freight forwarders, ensure regulatory compliance (VGM, DG, permits), support MIS reporting, and monitor on-time delivery and cost-savings initiatives.

Lead global crushing product group (jaws, cones, impactors) with P&L responsibility. Define product roadmaps, drive R&D and launch, set pricing and inventory strategy, coordinate with sales, procurement, engineering and services to maximize revenue and margin across product lifecycles.

Provide mechanical engineering support for manufacture, delivery, and lifecycle of mining equipment. Review designs, drawings, and calculations; manage engineering changes; support FAT, quality, and root-cause investigations; collaborate with production and field teams to resolve manufacturing issues, drive continuous improvement, and provide occasional onsite technical support to customers.

Prepare detailed technical proposals for crushers, screens and feeders including equipment sizing, bill of materials, tender review, and coordination with sales, engineering, procurement, vendors and clients. Interpret test reports, attend technical meetings, and support domestic and international proposal delivery.

Support delivery of APC projects: analyze plant data, develop and configure APC applications, assist commissioning and troubleshooting, implement IIoT and digital solutions, and provide post-commissioning support while collaborating with site teams.

Design, implement, and govern the ServiceNow CMDB. Define CMDB data models, lead discovery and integrations, enforce data quality and governance, mentor administrators, deliver training, and support ServiceNow upgrades and Asset Management alignment.

Oversee and improve QA/QC processes for heavy mechanical repairs, component overhauls, spare parts manufacturing, steel structures, and rubber lining. Conduct inspections, welding and NDT monitoring, prepare QA/QC documentation, lead root-cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and provide QA/QC training while ensuring compliance with global standards and client requirements.

Develop and maintain product configuration models and CAD automation for mining products using Tacton and SolidWorks. Produce 3D models, drawings, BOMs in Enovia, estimate drafting effort, support design automation improvements, ensure specification compliance, and collaborate with team members to optimize product documentation and processes.

Lead a global pricing transformation and governance program for aftermarket parts and services. Develop and embed value-based pricing strategies, support complex commercial negotiations, govern strategic customer agreements, build analytics and tools, and lead a global team to drive pricing accountability and profitable growth across regions.

Lead L3 workplace support resolving escalations, perform deep troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, design workplace hardening, drive automation and operational improvements, coordinate incidents and projects, mentor L2 engineers, and maintain governance, documentation, and runbooks across global workplace infrastructure.

The Supply Chain BI Partner enables data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting, driving adoption of BI solutions and translating business needs into functional requirements.

Manage global supplier relationships and scheduling, update ERP, develop strategic price lists and frame agreements, evaluate supplier performance, oversee material testing and tooling decisions, collaborate with sales, product development, GPLM and regional teams to optimize sourcing, inventory, lead times, and service-center sourcing plans.

Serve as primary customer contact for supply, lead onsite reviews, capture feedback, drive forecast accuracy and continuous improvement across Sales, Repairs, Field Services and Supply Chain while managing contracts, KPIs and SLAs.
