This role will be based in our Miramar office, on a hybrid basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Reporting and Analysis Manager.
Position Summary
This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and data, with a focus on understanding what is happening across key financial areas and why. The position is responsible for developing insights across major expense categories, building financial models, and supporting decision-making through clear, data-driven analysis. A key component of the role is identifying opportunities to streamline and scale analytical workflows through improved processes and automation. This position prioritizes exploratory analysis, deep dives, and financial storytelling over routine reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to define business questions, scope analyses, and translate needs into actionable analytical approaches
Analyze key financial categories (e.g., real estate, travel, technology investments) to identify trends, cost drivers, and optimization opportunities
Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting
Structure and execute analyses in ambiguous or open-ended problem spaces, forming hypotheses and defining methodologies
Synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
Communicate findings through presentations, visualizations, and written reports tailored to internal clients
Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing automation opportunities across financial analysis and reporting workflows
Collaborate with Business Intelligence and data teams to scale reporting through dashboards and automated outputs

Education & Prior Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required
4+ years of experience, or 2–3 years with a relevant advanced degree, in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar analytical role
Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Experience analyzing cost structures or large expense categories preferred (e.g., real estate, travel, technology)
Working knowledge of SQL or experience querying data is a plus.
Technology
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) or programming languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Applies hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to support professional and managerial tasks, including drafting, summarizing, brainstorming, and organizing content, while applying sound judgment when reviewing AI generated work product and maintaining accountability for all final outputs
