The Opportunity:

Become an indispensable partner to the CEO of Grooming as a Senior Executive Assistant. Offering advanced support to C-Suite executives and engage with high profile audiences internally across P&G and externally. Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our senior leaders at P&G to provide optimal support and navigate diplomacy and professionalism. Provide seamless support for a dynamic, high-impact business. This pivotal role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing complexity and constantly steps up to take initiative with discretion.

You will be instrumental in:

  • Providing comprehensive, proactive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day office operations to support the total Grooming Organization Unit.
  • Working closely with board members and senior team members across P&G to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Often demonstrating stamina, dedication and flexibility to support business need.
  • Anticipating business needs and priorities, delivering high-quality support to the broader Senior Vice Presidents and other leaders within Grooming.
  • Navigating different time zones around the globe and adapting working hours to meet critical business demands.
  • Operating with a high degree of autonomy, while seamlessly collaborating with P&G Grooming Executive Board, other P&G CEOS, the Board, and external leaders and individuals of influence.
  • Leveraging advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to optimize workflows and enhance support, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Given the inherent complexity and demanding nature of this role, the successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, unwavering professionalism, and the ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
    • Strategic Collaboration & Executive Alignment: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with members of the Grooming Executive Board, other Senior EAs supporting CEOs, and individuals the CEO works closely with such as head of HR for Grooming.
    • Building a Supportive Network: Cultivate a robust team environment across the campus and entire OU with other executive assistants to ensure seamless operational support and coverage to enable the global team, even during periods of vacation or absence.
    • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Proactively manage critical stakeholder relationships on behalf of the executive, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills to foster trust and ensure effective information flow.
  • Calendar & Time Management:
    • Proactive Calendar Management: Oversee the CEO’s day-to-day scheduling, travel, and ensuring optimal use of time and alignment with priorities, and navigates changes with care and professionalism.
    • Strategic Time Assessment: Assess and prioritize all incoming requests for the executive's time, including Grooming Executive Board meetings, international travel/town halls, and speaking engagements. Determine the most appropriate course of action for each request, including effective redirection to other team members when suitable.
    • Balancing Accessibility & Demand: Strategically identify opportunities for the CEO to engage with others and show up strongly to support the business and organization, despite high demands on their time. 
  • Work Support:
    • Business Acumen & Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of the key processes, data, personnel, and strategic objectives pertinent to the Grooming business and leverage this understanding to provide strategic support and anticipate needs.
    • Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate key Grooming meetings and invents, including town halls, engagements with plants, customer team/retailers, other leaders, and GEB/executive meetings and offsites. Assist in planning & coordination of GEB F2F meetings.
    • Information Management & Dissemination: Manage and update essential organizational information, such as organizational charts.  Maintain and distribute Meeting Summary Calendars.  Owning all distribution lists relevant for CEO for communications with Senior Director and above leaders and other key meetings.
    • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with HR and Communications teams on critical employee engagement initiatives and communications, including town halls and company-wide messages.
    • Tactical Business Assistance: Provide hands-on support with various business tasks, including meeting summarization and follow-up action tracking.

  • Minimum of 2 year degree required, Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience working with and supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-Suite level.
  • Ability to work 3-5 days per week in our Boston offices .
  • Demonstrated expertise in comprehensive calendar management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics, including visa requirements.
  • Proficient in budget management and submitting expense reports and navigating travel.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot) to enhance strategic planning, research, communication drafting, and data analysis to maximize the CEO's effectiveness and reach.

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
