Role Summary
The Executive Assistant to the EVP Revenue Operations of Wolters Kluwer and other executives provides high‑impact, strategic administrative and operational support to a senior executive in a global, SaaS and GTM‑driven organization. This role serves as a trusted partner to the executive, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and proactive problem‑solving. The Executive Assistant enables executive effectiveness by managing complexity across geographies, functions, and fast‑paced commercial environments, including close alignment with go‑to‑market priorities.
This role reports to C‑suite Executive (EVP, Revenue Operations) and it can be based in one of our offices in Italy, Spain, Netherlands, UK (Hybrid; global time‑zone flexibility required).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Executive Support
Act as a trusted partner and extension of the executives, anticipating needs and proactively managing priorities in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Manage highly complex calendars, including global time zones, customer and partner engagements, and revenue‑critical forums.
Prepare executive‑level materials including briefings, presentations, and leadership communications aligned to RevOps initiatives.
Track priorities, decisions, and follow‑ups to ensure timely execution.
Global Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders and executive assistants globally.
Support cross‑functional collaboration tied to go‑to‑market motions and key commercial milestones.
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Travel, Expenses & Logistics
Manage complex international travel, including last‑minute changes.
Oversee accurate expense management in line with company policy.
Operational Excellence & Special Projects
Support special initiatives and cross‑functional projects tied to RevOps execution.
Partner with other Executive Assistants to ensure alignment during peak cycles.
Identify opportunities to improve executive workflows and processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 8 years of experience supporting C‑suite leaders in SaaS, technology, or GTM‑intensive environments.
Exposure to go‑to‑market strategies, sales rhythms, launches, and commercial operating models.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort adopting new SaaS tools.
Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred.
